Happy New Week, You know one of the areas I focus on as a writer is Business and Leadership. I have an ebook written on business, and I would love you to read it as a business owner or Think of starting one. In the book, I try to put together my 5 years of experience in business and stages of business growth. Make the week Productive.

Once you have handed over your business to God, your Mindset needs to develop to what you see, and what to deliver in business. If your perspective towards your business is wrong, your business will be wrong. Your perspective toward your business is controlled by what is in your Mind. And your perspective can help your customers think right about you. You can not control your customers, but as a business owner, you can only control your perspective toward your business.

Money is good in business, but when you focus on making money, you find it difficult to provide a solution. And it's one Perspective you need to remove from your Mindset.

When looking for money in a business, it will give you a fixed mindset. And when you have a fixed mindset your business can't experience growth. A fixed mindset can physically prevent you from learning from mistakes, And one of the Ways to develop a Winning Mindset Is to learn from your mistakes.

Before I Talk about how to develop your Mindset in business.
Let me talk about growth and a fixed mindset.

A growth mindset can empower you to perceive mistakes as learning.

Someone with a growth mindset views intelligence, abilities, and talents as learnable and capable of improvement through effort. By learning, unlearning, and Relearning. As a business owner or Planning to create One.

You need a growth mindset to have the skill to create your business’s budget and prepare its financial statements.

But when you have a fixed mindset you think about what can improve you, what you know is ok with you.

1) You must develop A mindset to See failure as just a step to success in your business.

To win in your business, see failure as part of what you need to develop your business. When you have this mindset before Failure Comes, you should have prepared how to address each Failure, The successful business owners we see in the world today got there because of their failures.

2) You must develop a mindset to Focus on what matters most in your business.

Understand this and have peace of mind in your business. Not everything matters. Every day do not just go about doing business. Focusing on the importance of what you're in the business to solve, makes your customers understand what you're good at solving.

3) Develop a mindset to Be excited about the work( Business) you’re doing. Whenever you're not excited about your business or the work at hand, your energy will dry up. In your Excited you find more inspiration to provide more solutions to work at hand. Happiness comes from the mind. Be happy to win in your business.

Those who know me will know how happy I am when I am doing my business. I love what I do, and am excited about it It's helped me to solve more Problems related to my Business.

4) develop a mindset to Ask for help early and often.

To succeed in business, you have to be prepared to ask for help. Seriously I never for once believe I know It all. If I have any challenges or problems, beyond what I can provide solutions to. I will ask Google for help and call those who have an understanding more than me. This mindset you must develop is important to remain relevant in what you do. Invest time in relationships with mentors and other business owners, and be proactive in asking for—and offering—help, insights, and advice when needed.

An entrepreneurial mindset is the inner drive someone has to build a successful business. Your mindset is important, develop it and see your business remain relevant.

One of the mindsets you must not have when it comes to business. don't have the mindset that customers should only buy from you or patronize you alone, it's a limiting mindset that brings harness. This mindset doesn't help you see what is working for others in their business. 

I said no new business anywhere. We create our own business from the existing business. Believe in what Others do too, that relates to your business. Even if you have more customers you can direct them to someone who doesn't have one.

Finally, This mindset helps you see what makes people visit others who do your business. To know the skill to add to your business, Don't believe one customer is your customer, You must just try to always learn what to do to Sell to your customers.
Looking at what others are doing must not make you  Compete with others. God bless you.
