DO I NEED TO SHOUT FOR MY PRAYER TO BE ANSWER?

DO I NEED TO SHOUT FOR MY PRAYER TO BE ANSWER?
Scriptural Solutions Insight.

NO. Prayer is not shouting, And vice versa. When I don't go against praying out shouting, I was just saying it's not a sign of an Answered Prayer, or it will be Answered. Let's imagine you're before the President. Do you shout while talking to him?....... If you understand God better you will understand that not until you pray loudly your prayer can be answered. Prayer is not answered by the Increase of your volume. God does not measure the effectiveness of our prayers based on our volume.
Let me take you on a brief Journey about prayer, The meaning of Prayer means a lot to different people, and in different doctrines. St. John Damascene gave a classic definition of prayer: "Prayer is the raising of one's mind and heart to God or the request of good things from God" covenant relationship between God and man in Christ. If prayer is a covenant relationship, It means it's an interaction between God and Man in Christ. It means communication. Genesis 3:8 makes us understand the Life God wants to live with man, A life that He will come to interact with us. He was even looking for Adam in the garden.  It's this Garden that we lost our relationship with God. And Jesus now comes to restore us to the relationship by teaching us Prayer.

And when he was teaching us Prayer, he didn't teach us that only when we shout our prayer can be answered, But in the manner to see God as our father. In my culture, No children shout at their fathers when they need something, (I cry Praying too). Jesus Brings us back to our relationship with God the Father, through the Holy Spirit. Matt.6.9 - Pray like this: Our Father in heaven, may your name be honored. Nobody addresses his father and just shouts at him. That is why the scripture says will should enter his gates with Thanksgiving in our hearts.

Again let me use Abraham as examples so you understand what prayer is. In Genesis 18 the Lord visited Abraham and had an interactive discussion with Him, and said to him that Sarah will have a baby, and He even communicated with Abraham about how He IS going to destroy Sodom.

Gen.18.22 - The men turned away and went toward Sodom, but Abraham remained standing before the LORD.

Gen.18.23 - Then Abraham approached him and said: "Will you sweep away the righteous with the wicked?

Gen.18.24 - What if there are fifty righteous people in the city? Will you sweep it away and not spare the place for the sake of the fifty righteous people in it?

Gen.18.25 - Far be it from you to do such a thing- to kill the righteous with the wicked, treating the righteous and the wicked alike. Far be it from you! Will not the Judge of all the earth do right?"

Gen.18.26 - The LORD said, "If I find fifty righteous people in the city of Sodom, I will spare the whole place for their sake."

That is what prayer is, a communication, Interactive between God and you in Christ. When you understand this you know that the answer to the Prayer is not by shouting. When, either you shout, or pray quietly. It's not proof of an Answered Prayer. Let Me show you what makes your Prayer Answer:

1) To Pray and let the Answer come speedily You must always pray in the Interest of God. Yes, praying the will of God is the secret to an answer Prayer, Jesus in Matthew 26:39, wants to Pray his will. But he said not yet as he will but As his will. Allow the will of God to be done when praying makes Your prayer answer.

Scripture 1:
1 John.5.14 - This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.

So answers to prayer are not by shouting, it is by praying according to his will. Prayer also means Approach, which is the Word used when Abraham was asking God to spare Sodom. Our confidence in prayer to God is that when we pray according to his will he answers us. So learn to Pray the Will of God if you need an Answer to your Prayer. That's why we pray to the Holy Ghost To access his will. Praying from the scripture is also praying for his will.

2) He hears the Prayer of the Righteous. When you're obedient to the word of God and his Instructions to you, you're righteous. Your obedience makes you automatically part of those he answers his prayer

Scripture 2:
Prov.15.29 - The LORD is far from the wicked but he hears the prayer of the righteous.

What is important in prayer is sincerity, faith, and obedience to God's will. Prayer should be a heartfelt expression of your thoughts, desires, and needs to God.

Finally, God is not deaf or distant. He is present with you and hears your prayers regardless of the volume or tone of your voice. Prayer is not shouting. Understand that either you shout or quietly pray. Your Relationship determines how you relate with him. God bless you.
