WHY DO I NEED FAITH?

Meditation: Matthew 8

Faith is a substance needed in all areas of life, with faith everything is possible. From my study of faith for some months now, I discovered that without Faith, forget to do great things for the kingdom of God. Without Faith, you can't be in Action to do what he instructed you to do. As a writer many times, I feel like not writing anything, but the Force in me will say someone needs to be blessed by the inspiration From above. And the Force he's the faith I have that someone needs to be blessed, makes me keep consistent in writing. We can't do without faith. We can't fulfill without Faith, We can't take any big action without faith. 

Your Faith determines what is happening in your life, that's why in my article on 6 /03 /2024 I said faith is in levels. So your level of faith determines how you handle the outcome of your life. Faith calms storms before the storms. Let me show you two scriptures for you to know that your level of faith determines the happening of your life. 

Scripture 1.

Matt.17.20 - "You didn't have enough faith," Jesus told them. "I assure you, even if you had faith as small as a mustard seed you could say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it would move. Nothing would be impossible."

If you were careful to meditate on the scripture above, you discover that the Apostle's life was a disgrace because they were faithless, and even their faith was not enough to cast out demons, it Means Faith is in levels. The level of faith you have determines the happening around your life. No matter how spiritual you may be, if your faith said no to that area you desire a change. The answer to your Prayer is no, So Faith activates a belief system in you before you ask in action, you have received. There is a level of Faith you will have that everything you think, ask for, or do will be possible. You need Faith for Possibility in all areas of Life.

Scripture 2

Matt.8.10 - When Jesus heard this, he was astonished and said to those following him, "I tell you the truth, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith.

The level of Faith of Centurion, makes Jesus astonished, that he has to declare that in Israel nor with that such great Faith. The Level of faith from the two scriptures is little and great Faith. Great faith” and “Little faith” simply mean this: Some truths are easy to believe while others are difficult. If you believe something difficult to believe, then you have great faith. If you do not believe something relatively easy to believe, then you have little faith. 

The faith of Centurion is that you don't even need to come to my house and heal my servant, but he believes in the difficulty of it and asks Jesus to speak words that he believes will be healed. If you Study v13 Jesus said that it's done to his servants as he believes. Faith determines the outcome of your life. And at the hour the servant was healed. Faith delivers to you what you believe, Matt 8:13 says...."Go it will be done Just as you believed it would .". Wow, Notice the word will, Just as and it would. Those words mean nothing added to what you believe, What you believe is what will be done for you. This is deep. (Speaking in tongues). So Our level of belief determines what is done for us in this kingdom. 

Other truths in Scripture are hard to believe. People who believe these difficult truths have great faith. For example, it is difficult to believe that “God will supply all of your needs according to His riches in glory” (Philippians 4:19). But if you believe it he will supply it and you will not lack anything.

Let me discuss a Few things why Faith is needed.

1) Faith is needed to please God. 

Heb.11.6 - And without faith, it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

believing in a God we cannot see and believe that He is who He says He takes faith! And it pleases God. Have you seen God? It's by Faith that will believe he Exists. So without faith, you can't believe in the existence of God.

2) Faith is needed to make your Future Hope a Reality.

Nothing manifests without Faith, The manifestation of your future hope is at the level of your faith. 

Heb.11.1 - Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.

Nor know what may happen tomorrow, even though no one knows if the world will end tomorrow, but faith makes us sure that the future hope will not be cut short. No one sees the future, but faith does. It's our faith that helps us to be sure of the future. 

3) Faith is needed for Possibility in all areas of life.

Matthew 17:20, In the scripture Jesus assured us that if we had faith, That Nothing would be impossible." It means Faith makes All things Possible in all areas of Life. If you have faith that your Marriage will not experience sorrow, so it is, if you have faith that your business works well, the spirit of possibility comes upon the business. With the Assurance of Jesus everything is possible for those who have Faith just like a mustard seed. You need faith for Possibility.

4) Faith is needed to live.

I was telling my leaders that I now understand God when he said I should build my faith in my last year's Birthday Retreat. For a man of great vision to live, Faith is needed. If you Study Habakkuk 2 you will understand that it's about you writing down the revelation or vision God gives you. So in V4 Hab.2.4 - Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

Even after you have all the vision, and revelation, Write down, you need Faith to live to fulfill it. Even in this situation, Nigeria may want to change your vision. We need faith, to live out the Life God wants us to live. Live by faith. 

5) Faith is needed to walk in the right way.

How do you know the way you chose is the right way? How do you know you're doing the right business? How do you know your vision and revelation are the right ones? Faith Helps you walk in the Right Way. In faith No doubt about anything you received. 

2Cor.5.7 - For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

A bible version uses we live by believing, we walk by believing. That's why many seem not to understand your movements, you don't walk by what they see with their physical eyes, but you walk by faith. It's not yet seen, but sure in your walking into it. Faith is powerful. 

In conclusion, I can't deceive you, No faith No results, No Faith, No heaven cause Faith is also needed in salvation. You need faith in all areas of Life. Build your faith this season. God bless you.
