Meditation: Matthew 11:28

This is one of the series teaching in the book Hand it over to God. Spirit resting is what every believer needs, it energizes your strength and running to finish the course. It gives you an open eye to what to do next. 

It's about waiting patiently and taking responsibility for what He said he would do to come to pass. We need to constantly take spiritual rest as we do our daily activities.

How to invest in spiritual resting: Quiet your mind to find peace with God. Have a quiet time before God, to meditate on his word. Spiritual Resting is to rejuvenate yourself in the presence of God by giving all to Him.

Rest quiet your mind and find peace in the Lord. Waiting break protocol/Rules.

Spiritual resting is about making our Mind meditate on the word of God and by the illumination of the word in us, will find peace in every area of life. To find rest is to find peace in the Lord, is when you come to God with all in heart, and allow his will to be done.

Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all of you who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest.

Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke and put it on you, and learn from me because I am gentle and humble in spirit, and you will find rest.

Matthew 11:30 For the yoke I will give you is easy, and the load I will put on you is light.”

WHO ARE THOSE WHO NEED REST:

Those that are far from the Lord: if rest in God, gives us peace. I have discovered that far from the Lord have no peace in them, to find peace we must come back to the lord. 

Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all of you who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest.

"Come unto me………." The first calling to those who need spiritual resting is to come to the lord, leave everything you are doing, and come to the lord. Your calling makes you separate from everything distracting. Jesus is intentional about you taking a Spiritual Rest. 

The Lord is calling to you if you're far from him, to come for a spiritual Rest.

 Those who labor: who work hard to give themselves and loved ones the things they deserve, give spiritual resting in body and mind, and give themselves what they deserve peace. Labor is when using yourself and forgetting to find Peace by resting in Christ.

Those that are heavy-laden: many are tired of their labor for the things they desire, or tired of life in general or in trouble. You need spiritual rest So your strength will be renewed.

Spiritual rest helps you forget your needs and wants and take up the yoke of God upon you, 

SCRIPTURE 1 

Exod.33.14 - And the LORD replied, "I will personally go with you, Moses. I will give you rest--everything will be fine for you." 

From the above scripture it's shown that when you have rest everything will be fine with you, so We need the presence of God to have all around rest and When you come to the Lord he will give you his presence and give you rest and everything will be fine for you. 

Today brings the last day you can separate times to ask for his presence and his rest. 

Spiritual resting restore your peace of mind 

Scripture 2 

Build our faith (Mark 5:34).

Mark.5.34 - And he said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace. You have been healed."

Your faith in the spirit place of resting determines your Peace and healing. So you need to build your faith when you're having a Spiritual Resting And your faith helps you find Divine peace, peace that The world can't give. Your faith is important when having Spiritual Resting.

Finally, I will encourage you to get the EBook title: Hand it over to God. It will instruct you on something you need to know. Don't run the year with your Power. Come to his rest and find strength to run again. God bless you.
