BUSINESS TIPS FOR YOUNG CEO LIKE ME
BUSINESS TIPS FOR YOUNG CEO LIKE ME
Business Insight.
Let me share a few of my 6 years of Business Experience with a Young CEO like me, it's has been on my mind to put a book together again on Business this time it may not be a more page book like the first Edition of my business Book "Let's Talk Business" but in it, I will share some tips I learn As a Young CEO. In Business Discussion 5 in my book Let's Talk Business, I discussed STAGES TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS. Every business has stages, and with the economic culture of this Nation, each Young CEO can spend close to 10 Years before Reaching stage 3(Success Stage). So, with this long year to achieve business success, you have a few tips to follow; I will not share with you Online tips; I will be sharing from my personal Experience In Business. Let's discuss this further.
Tips 1
Value every Customer/Client: one of the challenges we're facing as a young CEO is seeing from one side that you're helping your customers/clients once you're the person solving their problems. As a young CEO, see from both sides: you're Helping your client, and your clients/customers are also helping you; with this, subconsciously, you value every Customer. No small Customers/clients. "To earn the respect (and eventually love) of your customers, you first have to respect those customers."
For your customers to value as a young CEO, you need to value them.
Tips 2
Don't be Religious/tribalism bias in Your Business:
As a young CEO, you must not be religious/tribalism biased; you treat everyone as a human being, even though I understand that In Your business, you're representative of Christ. But that you're a Christian doesn't mean you should not treat others Better. Many of my loyal customers are from the Traditional. The same treatment I have for the clergy I give to them, not because I am a Christian, I should now be biased. Treat everyone with value and respect and communicate well in a good manner.
Tips 3:
Put yourself in the mind of your customers: pardon my manners of writing today, but I am writing from Experience, so please flow with me on these few tips I will be sharing with you. When people you claim are your customers have a problem, you can solve who comes to their mind first. Putting yourself In their mind is the ability to make your customers understand clearly what you do, Your service, and what you are selling. I was disappointed sometime this year when someone said to me that he didn't know I was offering a particular service on a Car. That has been one of my customers for the last 3 years. Keep finding all means to keep communicating what you do to your customers, the new skill you're Learning; send them DIYs on the areas of problems you can solve. Doing so you're putting yourself in their mind. And when they have any problems relating to what you are telling them you do, you will be the first person that comes to their Mind.
Tips 4:
INCREASE IN KNOWLEDGE: keep investing in yourself in the areas of your business; the more you know, the more you earn. Let your focus be on having more solutions at hand to customer problems. Customer value where there are solutions for their Customers. As a young CEO, focus on providing solutions to complex problems relating to your business.
In conclusion, The book is in progress with so many more tips I put down for myself and the young CEO. To help them be productive in the areas of their business.
I hope these tips help you.
