You must not go out of this year without checking the journey of the year, YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY LETS YOU KNOW THE AREAS YOU NEED IMPROVEMENT AND HELPS TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE LACKING.q When you know what you're lacking it will be so much easier for you to focus on the Area and develop it. Reviewing the year must be important to you like you value yourself.  

Let's check reviewing To review means to look back over something for evaluation or memory. Reviews are one of the most powerful tools you can use for personal development and setting goals. If you decide to “own it”, and embrace the process, you can use your year Review as a way to keep taking your game to the next level. Year Review is that time of year when you look back over your performance and set goals for the year ahead. 

Reviewing is about you looking to the beginning of the year and to the moment you are to understand what the Lord has helped you to achieve and the challenges, question The review should evaluate, what went well.? What should I improve?  It’s varied over the years, but the main idea is what should I START doing, STOP doing, and CONTINUE doing, if I want to improve my results and enjoy the journey more. 

Check your goals for This year and ask yourself this question For each of the goals, I would effectively reflect and write down the following:

What were my results?

 How did I achieve them? 

What was the supporting evidence? What was my analysis of my performance?  

Ask questions like how do you do it, what steps do you take to achieve this, and why don't you achieve this? Those questions awaken your memory to review your years. 

The power of review makes you understand what you stop, start, and continue doing.  After the general review of goals and areas of Life like Spiritual life, financial life, Relationships, Health, Family, Business, Ministry, etc. Now sit with this question in you. 

START: What should you START doing?

STOP:   What should you STOP doing?

CONTINUE:What should you CONTINUE doing? 

It helps you to understand how to be more focused for the coming year.  

Finally, Isaiah 43:18-19 remembers not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.  The review should help you focus on the new things the lord plans for you. It will help you celebrate the things of the past and focus on the new things God plans to do in the year 2024. Get a day to do the review of this year God bless you.
