THE ESSENTIAL OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AS A BELIEVER.

Meditation: Luke 4:16

Let me start with this, Total DEPENDENCE on the Holy Spirit for divine inspiration to address Questions and problems this week, Last year December 19th, 2023 I was meditating on the development of the world, and I thought 🤔🤔🤔 " Everything is developing, How developed are you? " Development is a must for every important area of life to you, to remain relevant. Using the knowledge of 1918 for 2024 haba, Nobody we think about you again time has already left you behind. 

In order not to get me wrong, there are places where old knowledge is needed for present development, And the knowledge of 1918 stands as a basis for you to advance your life in 2024, but living by that Knowledge of old, you're missing a lot in the present generation. Development is essential in the life of every believer. As a believer in Christ Jesus' based on the faith we grow to from our fathers it teaches us to only Grow religiously, And their level of faith now becomes a religion. This now makes their life seem like believing in God, but no results. And one of the signs that you believe in God is the fruit your life will bear. Spiritual or material Blessings. And a religious person always has a fixed mindset. But a spiritual knowledge person has a Growth Mindset. 

Many believers are religious, that's why you keep hearing, this is what I believe, this is what I know, this is what I must do. Anyway, we all choose different lifestyles to live. Let's check the word development.  The process of developing; growth, and directed change. Let me build on growth. Growth means An increase in size, number, value, or strength.

Personal development is vital because it allows us to transform ourselves. And transformation is not only remarkable; it is a joy. Personal development is important because it helps you grow, and become happy, healthy, wealthy, and wise. Because of personal development, you become more understanding and kind, and you value relationships with people. From experience, personal development gives you a clear understanding of where you're going in life. 

Personal development helps us to be intentional about improving ourselves in all areas of life. If we are not intentionally working on ourselves, we may fail to become the person we want to be and someone we dislike. The worst thing to happen to us is to dislike ourselves. Personal development helps me to believe in what God says about me. 

The essential of Growth or development.

1) Your Growth or development Approved you before God. 

Scripture 1.

2Tim.2.15 - Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Study means To acquire knowledge on a subject to apply it in practice. And No man grows without knowledge, knowledge makes us grow. The importance of your growth should be for the approval of God, not man. The more developed you are In the things of God, the more you win God's approval. 

Luke 4:16 - Then Jesus went to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath, he went as usual to the synagogue. He stood up to read the Scriptures. 

Do you notice that as usual, it's a custom for him to always Read, and his study life Increases his wisdom? And gain favor with everyone. The knowledge Jesus acquired over time helps him when people challenge his faith, that's why in any case you hear Jesus Say it's written. The person who knows what was written, developed himself to know by reading usually. Your development Helps your relationship with God. The more God you know the more God you manifest to your World.

2) Your growth and development Gain your favor with God and People.

Scripture 2

 Luke 2.52 - Jesus grew both in body and in wisdom, gaining favor with God and people. 

The Growth of Jesus, makes him gain favor with God and people, that is the son of God, imagining He didn't grow. From the intention of God, he's interested in our Growth. Our growth increases our value to the people we're sent to. Our development increases our strength, it increases the size of Dominion as a believer. When you stop growing you start dying. To grow is a sign of living. Nobody grows without being consistent in areas so important to them. When you grow, God and men favor you, personal development is like a magnet the more you add to yourself, the more men Come closer to you. 

3) Your growth or development Improves you.

Personal development is a proactive process of improving oneself. Like I always say, this life is you first, before Nation, Before Generation. improves your leadership abilities, whether your goal is to lead others or just yourself. It teaches you how to set an example for others, assign work to others, make decisions with confidence, and inspire and motivate others. It improves your performance in all areas of life, you must not joke with Development in life. It puts you above all. Knowledge always rules. 

In conclusion, How does Personal Development you? It increases your sense of purpose, helps you manage stress, helps you re-energize yourself, helps you stay more Organised, helps you develop a more positive outlook, helps you to become healthy, and helps you become wealthy. helps you grow as a leader, helps you improve your mental power, helps you leverage your strengths, opens new opportunities for you, lastly, it helps you understand what is important for your Destiny.
