A simple definition is that leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act toward achieving a common goal.
In a business setting, this can mean directing workers and colleagues with a strategy to
meet the company's needs.
We all know that leadership is in different phases of life
Both in circular world and in Christendom
Leadership is the ability to lead a group of people with a particular goal in view so as to achieved a greater success
Before a man can become a successful leader! Such man must understand a mystery!.

The boy Samuel ministered before the Lord under Eli. In those days the word of the Lord was rare; there were not many visions.
Many always wants to lead , but they are have forgotten that before a man can lead, you need to serve.
The inability of a man to lead successfully without serving is not certain.

Jesus understood that greatness has to come with a price to pay, submitting under the ones ahead of you to learn
A leader is called to serve not to be autocratic

There are ministers who doesn't wants to serve but they wants to lead
Samuel was serving, under ELI as an assistant, and he was located by God to fit for the leading position
There are many people who would have been more successful in life in the post of an assistance but they deem it fit to be a leader and this leads to premature lunching out and vanishing immediately

Meaning serving is one of the necessity character a beliver must build while hoping for the next move of God
I have seen a young minister, who always wants even his own brother to bow and greet him, because he's now a minister.
Any anointing that disrespect and dishonour men that are older will soon drain off.
We can only get to the peak of greatness by serving !.

Whether you're a chorister, minister, unsher or wherever you occupy in his vineyard, serve him with the fullest of your ability

Apostle Paul served God, when it was easy and when it wasn't easy, even at difficult times
He said he laboured more than all the apostles.
Meaning his serving ability was longer that every other Apostle
Prayer
1. Oh Lord, grant me the grace to serve you throughout my lifetime in Jesus name
2 My father my God, help me not to appear before my time
3 Jesus help me to serve you rightly wherever you placed me
