HOW CAN I INVEST IN A FRIENDS TO MY STANDARD?

When it comes to humans there are many ways to invest in them, and everyone has their personality, so investing in humans is kind of difficult. But once you know that what you're doing is for the betterment of the lives in any way you just have not to give up. One of the things you need to understand is the difficulty of changing humans. But humans can change over time. 

What does it mean to invest in people, simply it means encouraging others to be or to do more. This can be by giving opportunities to other people and by investing our time and effort into their lives. The definition of encouraging includes ‘stimulating the development’ or ‘persuading someone to do something by giving support and advice. It's important if you want to invest in your friends, you must first Learn to invest in yourself and always encourage yourself. Cause discouragement will come. 

If it's to your standard, you first need to understand that everyone has his personality so to your standard it can't work, everyone thinks differently, I remember how passionate I am to see every youth around me grow together, as I am experiencing growth. But a brother called me one day and said to me, "Everyone can't grow with you at a time." I meditated on this word and I discovered that only those who are willing to grow will easily flow with the Burden in me. It means you can't force anybody to change. The reasoning your friends may be different from yours, His Wisdom may be different from yours. 

But having this mind in you, it's a sign that you're Fulfilling scripture according to PHILIPPIANS 2:3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

It's a sign that you're not only after your interest but, also have the interest of your friends in you. And in humility, you must value your friends, you must not look down on them, even if you know that you know more than them, but you must humble yourself for the person to be able to have access to your life, and to learn. To train a child, you must behave like a child. 

If your relationship with your friends is strong, and both of you need to have the same knowledge let me share with you what to do:

1) What Gives you the Knowledge you have: as a believer, we have access to light the day that will allow Jesus Christ into our lives,  so if your friend has not been born again, or been baptized you need to first introduce him to the way of life. 

What you have, is what you can give, what gives you the knowledge you have. I have had this Case with the last two years one of my friends, and I want to invest in her, she truly loves Jesus, I started to share how I access Knowledge with her, I will buy her books, attend seminar together and send her a YouTube Video. As time goes on, this year I have started to see the changes I desire from her. So for your friends to have the standard investment you have into your life, share with Them, how you access your knowledge.

2) Make Sure that both of you agree on things: 

Something must be related to both of you, like having the same vision, Burden, passion, and Dreams. 

Amos.3.3 - Can two people walk together without agreeing on the direction?

Your direction must be aligned if two of you can't walk together, you will have a problem investing in your friends. That's why try to understand your friend's vision or dream and try to share yours with your friends. When you both agree, it will be very easy to invest in each other. 

3) Be ready to spend your 3 Currency of Life: Resources, Time, and Energy. You need to put the Three to work, to Achieve the vision of investing in your friends. Use your resources to get your friend's material that will sow a seed in them, Life experience changes, when you have something from the inside out. So invest in what will transform your friend's inner man, Explore his mind, to what Explore your mind. And by doing this you spend your Resources.

Finally, I wish to Answer this Question More, Cause I have some experience with this, But if God permits in one of my articles I will talk more about why Investing in others is important for you, in the Journey of working on others, you will be discouraged, But you need to Encourage yourself in the Lord. And don't see it as if you're only adding to your friend, you must see from the scripture that says As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. Proverbs 27:17 God bless you.
