IT'S NOT TOO HARD FOR GOD TO DO IT AGAIN, AND EVEN MORE IN 2025.

IT'S NOT TOO HARD FOR GOD TO DO IT AGAIN, AND EVEN MORE IN 2025.

Welcome to the New Year! As you step into 2025, regardless of the challenges that may come your way, remember to praise and exalt the Lord. Praise has the power to invite God's presence into any situation, making everything easier and better. The more you praise and honor the Lord this year, the smoother your path will become.

Take a moment to number every area that matters to you this year: your goals, budget, and focus. Declare that you will exalt and praise the Lord in 2025. Once again, welcome to this new year. I would like to share an insight with you.

After my New Year retreat, I traveled on January 2nd. During the car ride, I began to reflect on the year ahead, and the spirit of fear overwhelmed me. At that moment, I recalled the scripture, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline" (2 Timothy 1:7). It is important to recognize that we often bring the spirit of fear upon ourselves. As I meditated on my first goal for this year, fear crept in again, and a reassuring thought came to me: "It's not too hard for God to do it again; He can even do more in 2025."

You may also be facing fears about the future. In those moments, simply praise and exalt the Lord, and move forward. Anxiety comes from fear. If you have wishes or hopes for this year, do not let anxiety take control. Focus on what God can do, and take action on what you need to do. This year, do not allow anxiety to overpower you. Epictetus once said, "If you want to make progress, stop feeling anxious about things." Instead, concentrate on what you can do and trust in God's grace.

Anxiety will not help you achieve your goals; it can even make things worse. As Philippians 4:6 advises, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Our weapons against fear are prayer and petition. Whatever brings you fear, present it to God as a request. Keep praising and exalting the Lord.

Finally, remember that nothing is worth sacrificing your peace of mind for. Be patient with your plans, and keep your focus on God. The Lord will direct your steps this year, in Jesus' name. Amen.
